Work that involves subsurface risk, long-tail liability, pollution exposure from grout migration, and insurance gaps that standard contractor programs routinely miss.

That focus is deliberate. After 15 years working across commercial real estate, construction, and development — with clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to specialty contractors — I kept seeing the same problem: technically complex contractors being placed into generic insurance programs that were not built for their actual risk profile. A claim would arrive and the policy would not respond the way the contractor expected.

My practice is built around fixing that. I work with a select group of specialty contractors to design insurance programs that are matched to how they actually work — including the pollution liability, completed operations structure, professional liability, and equipment coverage that this type of work genuinely requires.
